From reducing landfill pollution from discarded construction materials to saving energy for our clients by using more efficient materials, A to Z Coatings is committed to helping the environment from the harmful affects of construction and energy waste due to inefficient materials and shoddy workmanship.

We have several products that qualify for the Government Energy Star Tax Rebate which are available through 2010.

The first step in being environmentally responsible is to choose materials that will seal and insulate inside spaces for maximizing energy efficiency. Using materials with high R values are a critical part of this. Using spray foam for roofing and insulation will help maximize the energy efficiency of a house or building. Other fluid applied materials are good too.

Not many people think about workmanship as a part of energy efficiency, but if seams aren’t properly sealed, spots missed, poor chemical mixtures, uneven distribution of materials and other results that occur because of inexperience or poor supervision can affect the efficiency of any structure. Our technicians are all highly trained and our owners are always at our jobs.

Last, we try to install products that will not create more stress on our overburdened landfills.
